The kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with:  gas cooker and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator/freezer.

you will find a double sofa-bed and a TV (flat screen).

The Bed Room

A beautiful bedroom with a double bed, exposed beams and a finely crafted balcony.

The Bath Room

a shower room with toilets. Facilities: hairdryer, iron, ironing board.

Gite’s equipment

You will enjoy the five very well furnished gites, from 430 to 1000 square meters. The decoration is simple and the gites are designed for you to have a comfortable stay in Neffiès with kids and family.

Kitchen equipped with:  hob. oven. microwave. refrigerator/freezer. electric kettle. toaster. coffee maker. Dishwasher.

Lounge area equipped with sofa-bed, free Wi-Fi access and TV.

Iron and ironing board.

Bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Rooms with quality bedding, baby’s cot and child’s high chair (on request).

Shared washing machine in the main hall of the gite.

Please note that bed-linens, pillowcases and towels are not supplied but it possible to rent them 10 € per person.

On your arrival, you will find some household products and basic foods. All the rooms have smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. All the electric circuits are grounded and protected by a differential.

Comfort :

For your comfort, you will find :  a barbecue and a plancha. Shady table’s garden.  Swimming pool with protected and safe access. Deckchairs, and parasols. children’s playground, swings etc.

You could also safely store your bikes.

Many tourism brochures, guides (Michelin, Routard, Géo, Petit Futé) and summer festival programs as well as books about the area are available in the main hall.

You will also find information to go hiking, cycling, canoeing and climbing.

House and Garden :

The house is located under the ramparts close to the old medieval village square and belfry.

The garden consists in terraces (“restanques” in French) with many Mediterranean species (olive and fig trees, laurels, lavenders, rosemaries, santolines, cacti etc.)

Organic Grocery store offering local products.

Two restaurants that organize musical shows.

Local winery (with wines that received many medals in wine contests).

Every Thursday at 9.30am, the market offers local products (fruits and vegetables, shellfishes and oysters from Bouzigues or fresh fishes coming from Sète).
