Our 5 apartments are well furnished, and range from 43m² to 100m².

The decoration is simple and the gites are designed for you to have a comfortable stay in Neffiès with children and family.

Both bedrooms benefit from separate en-suite showers rooms. We have 2 apartments of 43 m²  with a fully equipped open plan kitchen sitting room, a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room  with WC.

Facilities:

 Kitchen equipped with hob, Le Tineiral à Néffies Kitchen equipped with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils.

Lounge area equipped with sofa-bed, free Wi-Fi access and TV. Iron and ironing board.Bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Rooms with quality bedding, baby’s cot and child’s highchair (on request). Shared washing machine in the main hall of the gite. 

Please note that bed-linens, pillowcases and towels are not supplied but it possible to rent them.

 On your arrival, you will find some household products and basic foods. All the rooms have smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. All the electric circuits are grounded and protected by a differential.

Le Tineiral à Néffies Neffies is fortunate to have a number of vineyards within walking distance of your gite. Our local Cave Co-operative is open all year round. Every Thursday at 9.30am, Myriam Le Tineiral à Néffiesoffers local products fruits and vegetables; And Christophe Le Tineiral à Néffiesoffers you  shellfish and oysters from Bouzigues or fresh fish coming from Sète).
